My lawyer's going on my behalf due to my current health issues, been sick with a virus for a month & asthma that's usually non-existent acting up. All the rage of "adult coloring" the past few years & I still have my Precious Moments etc., from high school. Heck, I even have my teen magazines from the 70's-80's. I have a lot of vintage to sell. Starting up on etsy & ebay. Though, posh's shipping is SO easy, gearing up for a shipping learning curve on those platforms.

I will say how I can empathize is although I've always been very girly girl, I'm also opinionated, passionate about things & speak my mind, tend to take up space etc., which tend to be more "masculine" traits says society. free2beyou @fonso1880 When I was a 15 y/o beginning those gal cycles I remember it felt like a betrayal, & where I draw upon my empathy with trans & other folks as I was one of the unfortunate ones to have them be so debilitating I had to stop dance & that was my life's passion. 4 years later, I took birth control pills to help & for the last 30, & I took them non-stop the last 13 yrs.) & it freed me. I'm a former psychotherapist & board certified coach (life/wellness) with an integrative & intuitive approach so my purpose in all that I do is to connect genuinely & deeply with people even in the smallest transactions so that they feel seen & heard. I think too much of our culture floats on the surface when so many people crave for true connection & it doesn't take much to simply be open platonically to another's experience.

free2beyou @fonso1880 In my prior professional career, I had a trans client that I wrote a letter of support for so "he" (how others raised "him") could have the surgery (by the famed Colorado doc) to become the she, she now presented to the world & always was inside. I had another male client who was overjoyed when being in women's silky clothes he was married, shamed by the genuinely freaked out wife & he was suicidal. These 2 folks taught me deeper compassion, non-judgment & acceptance of the heart.

Poshmark is no longer sending email notifications for many of its "actions" which is frustrating. I already complained to Poshmark in a message to them about this very thing. If I wasn't so sensitive to the EMFs of tablets or computers too actually, I'd be online window shopping all day/night, lol. It's so crazy, my body is SO sensitive I can't have my tablet near me or my whole body starts twitching like restless legs syndrome except it's my whole body. I swear the gov't should use me to test invisible frequencies, lol.

I have late stage Lyme disease and that’s very common to be hypersensitive to this stuff like that I am everyone with Lyme has it and I’m not saying you have lyme but it is extremely hard to diagnose so if you how many medical stuff that no one can solve the puzzle then I might be able to help you. Anyway I didn’t mean to imply or is it in for I always get it wrong anything at all I’m sorry…

free2beyou @dreamerjules501 lol, actually I did have Lyme Disease & a reoccurrence about 20 years after the first one due to the stress of my brother's unexpected death. I had a lot of neurological symptoms, gut, etc.,my whole body was out of whack. I got Lyme back in the late 80s about 4 years after I had mono so I've never been the same since. I had to close my psychotherapy practice back in 2009 due to my health being so bad. I'm much better now but some other on/off challenges.

I'm still on SSDI (disability) and reselling & caring for my elderly folks. dreamerjules501 @free2beyou i’m sorry and I totally understand everything you’re talking about I went 20 years undiagnosed did five years of IV and oral pause antibiotics got better in a so-called remission then a bunch other stuff happened so I had to move and only eight months from “remission” I got my first car accident when my car was totaled and I had a huge relapse. Two years later same thing and two years later same thing and every time it wasn’t my fault in the car accident

dreamerjules501 @free2beyou OK our paths meant to cross I have so many -I’m working on publishing a book well as a poetry book but as soon as I say that people roll their eyes or quit listening— so no that’s the way I speak my truth in these poems. I’ve had an amazing psychologist who puts up with me for seven years every week and I love her so much and my psychiatrist works where’s my Lyme specialist so that took very long time though to get a good fit.

I too get nervous when the review is up, what's frustrating is that you can have amazing days or even a few amazing hours & then a migraine or a neck spasm or massive fatigue etc., my ex-husband left because he blamed me for not getting better fast enough to work again to earn the big bucks again ;) & then because he is a musician literally wrote a mean song about me, but Karma will visit him one day ;) I have faith :) Stay positive!

free2beyou @glassprism70 Actually, it's a misnomer that you have to fill out quarterlies. I was self-employed for over 10 years and only did that for one year because it made more sense for me to keep the money in the bank, earn some interest & then pay at tax time & no one ever had an issue with it. I'm on SSDI right now so I'm not yet filing, per advice by the accountant that I used years ago when I was still working.

free2beyou @jrmaan Oh, thank you :) I'm doing alright. My folks both had covid last month but both are fully recovered. This pandemic thing has had some dark points & some blessings. It got me started reselling online & I'm having a lot of fun doing it :) I'm still wearing 3 masks at all times I'm around anyone so it's been a few years of developing a deep relationship with myself & appreciating my folks more & more as I do caregiving & we finally got more help this past month, 4 home health aides :)

I've made a few sales but no where near what they're claiming, also last month I lost money doing it! The real downside is after you use it, if you don't keep renewing they're shadow banning the account & views/interactions go down significantly. I'm giving tons of 50% offers & getting back on other platforms as I'm making 70% less on Posh since they sold.

free2beyou @luvmee40 Wow, that's awful! You might want to do a 1-2 punch as the saying goes & raise your prices a bit & then do the promoted listings & then send out offers for a high discount. I have 50% off most pre-owned right now. I still don't get why Posh hasn't created a normal, actual sale program where we can have a yellow or red tag type sale that's obvious. I just got a decline when I countered an offer that was less than what I paid for the item!

I have my items, things I thrifted to sell that I thought were cool, new items, some I bought multiple of 1 or 2 for me a few to sell, lol. It was helping me with my bills as I had to close my private psychotherapy practice years ago & go on SSDI. During the lockdown, I started reselling & it was fun. I had consistent sales, not much compared to some but now only a few hundred $ a month!

She has one item up, but it’s damaged and she’s listed it as perfectand it’s broken.

And apparently I didn’t do that the right way.so she said I left misleading information on her item so don’t do it.

hrhdhrhd I would’ve tried to take an image capture circled the area even though it’s playing as the nose on your face. How she cannot see this I’m baffled by it completely. And I was trying to do a favor to be kind because she has very good reviews and she has lovely things to not sell. A damaged item not in excellent etc.and then the buyer would leave her a negative review because she sold her something that was broken. Or the seller would say it wasn’t broken when she sold it and now it’s on the buyer.

hrhdhrhd I hope my messages are making sense. I’m using voice text anyway I can give you the sellers information in the item. It’s a Jay Strongwater glass ornament and it’s white and it has a silver bow top and if you look at the photos on the right side you’ll see a dark area up where the bow is.

hrhdhrhd I dislike this type of thing very much. I don’t like drama of any type in my life and it’s one of the reasons why I’ve stayed away from Poshmark because of this kind of problem. And there are fantastic sellers on Poshmark. I know this, but I had a very bad experience on an expensive handbag, and it was a nightmare.

Poshmark doesn't do so well to send notifications with the desktop as I don't use/own a smartphone so I'm only on here when I'm at my computer & I'm caregiving for my elderly folks who are having health crises so I'm barely on here. If you're concerned about any seller or item I suggest you reach out to Poshmark's customer service & they'll send you an email back. I wish there was a customer service line but there isn't :(

free2beyou I am on Poshmark daily but don't often see the messages, comments for some reason. Let me know how it goes for you. You can always report sellers if you feel they're misrepresenting something as there are guidelines for sellers & then Poshmark will look into it behind the scenes. They do suggest that we don't confront any seller ourselves but contact Posh staff & let them handle whatever the issue/challenge may be. Hope this helps! Keep me posted if you like :)
