Is the waist stretchable by any chance? Or do you think it's best for someone with a 26 inch or less waist?

@anne_ishtar Hi 😊 It’s a loose fit. My waist is 29” and I just tried on the top. There’s room. I took a picture and will post so you can see me in it. 😊
