Orange skirt with green, white & black stripe down one side. Black stitching on side with slit. Marked size M. I feel skirt fits more like a women’s small or juniors medium. Listing as juniors M. Refer to measurements for best fit. Approximate measurements: Waist: 12”, stretches up to 16” Hips: 16.5” Length: 23.5” Side slit: 10” In good preowned condition. Skirt has good amount of stretch to it. Feels like a jersey type material. Fabric content is a mix.
