eaa1990 @jforshizzle Hi! The pit to pit measurement is 18 inches and the band under the bust measures 16.5 inches. The dress is pretty flowy once you get past the band under the bust. I measured 6 inches down from the band where I think a natural waist might be and it measured about 24 inches across laying flat. It just gets wider after that point. It is very floaty and flowy and will skim across curves, but not hug them. I hope that helps. Let me know if I can answer any other questions!
