Purchased these well over a year ago hoping I could alter them: I have and they’re still too big for the fit I desire. The waist has been taken in and measures 15” flat lay. The inseam is 31 inches. These are 100% silk trousers in the beautiful copper dahlia print with button/zip closure and pockets. BRAND IS NOVELLA ROYALE: Sold on Free People
