sjhafner Hello, I got my birdies, I think they are super cute but these are my first pair and I seem to have picked the wrong size. Is there any chance at all that I could buy another pair, ship these back to you and then you cancel the order of the 2nd pair when you get the 1st pair back? Basically exchanging them.

mrslott47 If the 7.5 I ordered hasn’t shipped I think I need an 8. I ordered 2 pairs of 7.5 from Birdies. A velvet Heron that is too snug and a leather (forgot style) that was huge. Do these fit different than the velvet? If not can I trade for an 8?

sjhafner @bonsueboutique so I think I do need a 9.5. These are Very tight and I just tried on another style from that company and it’s also tight. What can we do? Should I buy these 9.5, then ship the ones I have back to you, and once you get them you can cancel the order?

embergkamp These do run small. I am normally a 8.5 or a 9, ordered the 9 and they are way too tight. Maybe it’s the point. Would go .5 up

bonsueboutique @embergkamp if you want to exchange for a larger size I would be happy to. They do stretch and mold to your foot. I have only had a few complaints about sizing and sold hundreds. I do believe the heron style is tighter then the starling. I want you to be happy with your purchase.
