bonsueboutique @katmckinn I do have a 8.5 in black suede Heron. Not sure how to exchange since Poshmark does not pay shipping returns for sizes. Do you want to sell the ones that don’t fit on Poshmark to get your money back and just order the larger size? Or do you want to return and pay postage. You would have to send a pre paid return label for me to ship out. At the cost of postage I think you would do better selling the pair that does not fit.

thursiaharris I have bought 2 pairs of birdies shoes one 7.5 and one 8 and noticed that the 7.5 has shipped but the 8 has not. I bought with 15 minutes of each other. Could you help me please?

bonsueboutique @thursiaharris I dropped them off at the post office on the same day. This has happened a couple of times to me where the post office did not scan properly but the shoes still arrived on the same day. I will keep a eye on it but I am pretty confident you will get them both at the same time

bonsueboutique @shelbsp23 I would be willing to exchange for a bigger size if you want to send me back the ones with a return label for me to send out a new pair. Unfortunately Poshmark does not cover postage for returns. The postage is not cheap outside of Poshmark. Sometimes I find it better to re-posh.
