josie_amber @damngerine the waist measurement is about 15&1/2 inches so 31 inch waist and the hips are approximately 15&1/2 as well. For me it was too tight in the thighs but the waist fit perfectly and I wear a size 14. So it really depends on how curvy you are hip wise or butt wise. Hopefully this helps!
