savannah_roses_ Hi. So I would say they run true to size. Waist is measured just above the top button and is correct on both sizes, as well as the bust. It is ruched and a looser fit top in bust (not fitted). While this is off shoulder and ruched it is hard to get an accurate length laying flat. I just measured the front of the shirts from top of shoulder strap to bottom of hem (Medium - 28.25" & Large - 28.5") & the other shoulder top of shoulder to bottom of hem (Medium - 28", Large-29")

savannah_roses_ @tammylilly13 I would say due to the loose, draped mid fit and ruched sides it definitely does not run small. I often wear size Large in shirts, sometimes Medium, and I personally chose the Medium over the Large and love the fit. Hope this helps.~Melissa
