@dorothywang hi! Iβm so sorry I didnβt include the measurements for the size 24- I just updated the listing. Approx 14β waist, 15.5β hips, 10β rise. They are high waisted and wicked cute! β¨ they are 100% cotton, so should remain the same size as long as you donβt dry them immediately after washing. There is a bit of a give to the fabric, but not as much as if they had spandex included.
