@shmellykat hi :) I'd say it's TTS but could also fit a Small. I wouldn't categorize it as oversized.
Pit-to-pit is approx. 20", shoulder-to-shoulder is approx. 19".

@shmellykat no problem at all! The bottom is curved so I took the measurement from top to the longest part of the bottom (centre) and it's approx. 25". Also I'm 5'6 for reference!
