This is my first time taking measurements so bear with me lol ... i am getting 17inches (44cm) and there is a bit of stretch this is without the stretch ... hope this helps ... i took thw measurement from the highest point on the dress where the seam is directly under the armpit ... whew 😅 it really is a beautiful dress / slip ...
