@lauralee2563 I think it really depends on the size you purchase. Im a full C/Small D and feel the Medium/Large definitely supports. X-small = A-Cup, Small = B/C Cup, Medium = C/D Cup, large = D/DD cup. The front panel is made of 100% cotton and the back panel gives a little room for stretch if its needed.
