UK Design Short Summer Dress with Flowy Sleeves

A beautiful dress from the UK with a flattering shape & pattern. The blue, orange and white are eye catching without being over the top & are the perfect hues for summer. The fabric is lightweight & just slightly sheer yet durable and forgiving.
