This dress is the best! I bought it for a trip to Italy (I have this thing where I buy a whole wardrobe JUST for each international trip) I wore it twice in Italy and maybe another 2-3 times once home. Long sleeve. Black. Embroidered. 100% cotton. Lots of ways to wear this. I always wore it as a dress with strappy flat sandals, but Free People calls it a Tunic so you can probably wear it as a top, even belted. Dress has been discontinued.
