laurav76 @katiesav1 hi, it depends, I was 100 pounds when I bought these. If you have thick thighs, they may hug just a bit. They were loose on me at the thighs. I’m pretty certain that they do not hug the thighs and they do flare out, perfect for boots. I hope this helps. I just tried these on and they do not hug the thighs and I am 115 pounds now. I have a pair of Lola boot cut jeans in size 2, they’re a bit big on me, and was hoping to find something similar if u happen to have anything that is more of that 90s look, low cut, fitted through the thighs, then goes to boot cut at the bottom!❤️
