lisa_hill1961 I took all the hearts off this page, things I ordered come in and were totally different and was sent a different size than what I ordered. I’m extremely disappointed!!!

clothes_calling @lisa_hill1961 oh no... what did you receive. We could have gotten the wrong order shipped to you... doesn't happen often but has happened in the past. Please feel free to open a 'case' and we can resolve this. Please let me know what items you got :( I'm sooooooooo sorry. We have this top in different shades of color and sizes... we could have gotten them wrong. No need to keep anything you didn't order.

clothes_calling @lisa_hill1961 Lisa, I just went through my sales report and do NOT see any orders with your name. You did not purchase anything from this account... you must have mixed my closet up with someone else. Remember, you can always open a case if you receive wrong items. Sorry you are disappointed. Hope you figure out the purchase and straighten things out with Posh and the seller. It's easy to return for a refund on this platform. :)

clothes_calling @lisa_hill1961 Ok I just had my partner cross reference your name with my sales report and he did not find your name come up under any purchase... we not only checked "free people' items but went through the last 60 days of orders. Again, sorry you had a bad experience with a purchase on Posh. Remember, we are all humans and do make mistakes so don't hesitate to reach out to the seller and Posh to start a return...it's very easy and no cost to you.

lisa_hill1961 @clothescalling so sorry if this had nothing to do with you and whomever this is they are choosing to lay low and I bought it from a Poshmark party like this. There are also a few other people that have been done the very same as myself that I have spoke to. I will be more careful about whom I address this to.

clothes_calling @lisa_hill1961 No worries, but don't ever feel like you need to keep an item that is not received as described and photographed in a listing. Poshmark is really good and makes it easy to return and receive a refund. :) Please don't let the bad experience deter you from future purchases on this platform... there are many more good sellers than bad. <3
