@chandlerbuck laying flat the bust measures 16inch across however it is a smocked bodice so it allows up 3 inches of stretch in the bust. The waist measures 14inches across and allows 6 additional inches of stretch. The dress is 56 inches long. I think this will accommodate up to a 34-39 inch bust measurement and 28-39 inch waist! I loved smocked bodices for the ability to accommodate different measurements! Let me know if you any other questions!!
