Mint blue floral lace crop top from Tobi! Small!

This crop top is a mint blue floral pattern set in a lacy design! While most of the top has a solid underlay, the bottom few inches are cut out! The zipper in the back is yellow and this was purchased from Tobi. Size is small but there is no give to the fabric, so I would recommend sizing up. Can be worn with a strapless bra, petals, or braless.
