So I figured out what happened to your package with the Boy Scout bracelet in it I just got a notice from the postal inspector saying that it was being held for hazardous restricted or perishable mail. I don’t believe he bought anything hazardous restricted or perishable so I left a voicemail and I am waiting on them to contact me back.
