Vintage 70s Vicky Victorian Velvet Dot Dress

1970s dress by Vicky Petite. Features a bodice and sleeves of brown taffeta with pink polka dots. Has a high neck with ruffles, long sleeves, back zipper. Fitted waist panel and skirt in black velvet. The skirt has hot pink and pink embroidery and ruffled hem. Great condition, some fading had occurred to the top of dress but it's not very noticeable, some soiling at inner high neck and a pull at chest.
