@roseiposey Hello! The thing about this garment is that it is open in the front no buttons or closures. I believe that’s why the manufacturers gave it a one size fits all. I did move the middle part where it touches and I got 20 inches flat. So if it were belted, the sides could be overlapped and that measurement is ultimately adjustable. I will post a photo.
