70s Vintage Lime Green High Neck Blouse Reverse Bow Back Button Top Mockneck

This bright, vibrant colored blouse by the brand Ports International has all of that 70s secretary goodness. This top buttons up the back, with a hook and eye closure at the back of the neck. Then, the large tie wraps around and ties at the back of the neck. This one looks killer with an up-do. I am just head over heels for the color, to boot! French cuffs with that 70s pointed wide cuff style. Billowy sleeves. As you can see from the video, it's very difficult to button by yourself (I couldn't) so you might want to pick this one when you have help. Bust measures 42" waist 38" shoulder width 16" length 25". There are a few small snags on the front, around where it would be tucked into pants/a skirt. There's also a couple of very very faint spots.
