BCBGMaxAzria: Flirty Silk Cocktail Dress–polka dot with bubble skirt

BCBGMaxAzria: Flirty silk retro cocktail or swing dance dress. Black with off-white polka dots. Strapless. Elasticized at top of bodice (wide band, stays in place without digging in.) Comfortable elasticized waist with attached ribbon. Tie in front, back, bow or knot. Bubble skirt: hem is sewn to lining creating a flirty flounce effect. See photo. Can be worn with or without a crinoline (not included with dress) to add volume (see photo.) Styling options: Channel "Audrey Hepburn" with black kitten heels and pearls or 1940s Lindy Hop era with crinoline underskirt, red lips, and a flower in your hair. 100% silk outer, polyester lining. Size marked is S (small) but there is plenty of room with elasticized bust and waist, would probably work for size Small 0-2 or Medium 4-6. Length: 24" from bottom of waist band. Will fall approximately at knees, depending on your styling, fit, and height.
