Warm winter parka. The good is removable. It has a double snap flap over the zipper for warmth, inner draw strings at the waist, soft wrist cuffs and zippers on the sides so it's more open for movement. New condition.

naomi_klassen@osenia at the bottom of the pockets it's 23 inches flat. I think that's about where the hips would be. Hope that helps!
