New with tags Karl Lagerfeld Size XS 100% polyester Sheer black and white print button up blouse tank. Has small spot on front collar ruffle. Bought it with it, im sure it will come out in the wash. Never worn. Tags still attached. Measurements in inches and laid flat 12.5" across shoulders 16.5" across chest armpit to armpit 23.5" overall length
