@1400peachi they definitely run small. I will say if you are a 6.5 I would say to go 7 to 7.5. I ended up needing a 38

@1400peachi yes. My husband had bought them for me as a birthday present but the size was not right which is why I end up having to get a larger size. I tried like hell to squeeze my feet in to these because I didn’t want him to feel bad he got me the wrong size which is why they were worn twice. 🙂
