Green flower tie back halter dress

Screams spring time! It is a casual dress but could also be dressed up. It is a very flattering fit. It is a halter dress. Ties up around the neck in the back. Has the cutest little white flowers all over it. Stretchy material. I would say it would fit a size small best, but it is a stretchy material so a medium could work also an extra small could work.
