pmbbear11 I really like this top, but do not understand the size chart you have listed. I normally wear a size L or a 12. I don't understand Bust 23 in size L. Can you help wiith this?

julesjewels2 @pmbbear11 Hello there. I measure the bust from arm pit to arm pit, so the size large would be 46" around. This shirt runs a bit on the larger size and has some gathering. I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks for your interest.
