Paige’s Hidden Hills style jeans are described as having a “higher rise.” But on me, a 9” rise sits not much higher than a low rise. Just sayin’: keep the measurements in mind. Note, too, that the inseam is 34”. If you’re not on the tall side (I’m 5’9”, and on me they were a bit long, even with a heel), these will likely need hemming. Finally, I’m usually a true 31/12, but not in Paige jeans. I’m more comfortable in a Paige 32. Meanwhile, check out the double button fastening at the waist. So cool! And comfortable? These jeans have just the right amounts of substance (70% cotton) and stretch (30% polyester). They fit close at the hips and thigh and widen to a 20” opening at the bottom. There’s some fraying at the bottom (from dragging?) and some pilling on the inside back of each leg (which has no impact on the outside appearance).
