Blue, white and yellow sun dress

Size 1X blue and white cold shoulder sun dress with ties on the shoulders. Zips on the side of the dress and has a blue underslip. Very flowy material of polyester and spandex. Measurements from underarm to underarm is about 22 inches. No stains, no tears, from a smoke-free home.
