I’m like a 31-32 waist which size would you suggest

@mamak3143 that’s a 12/14 so I’d say the 14. The 16 is a 33” waist and would be too big on you. These have elastase so they’ll have some stretch.

@mamak3143 if you normally wear a 16, get 16. These all fit true to size. By rule a 31 is a 12 a 32 is a 14 and a 33 a 16.
