kumquattree @carolynmckay I can get you the measurements tomorrow. I was a size 10/12 when I wore this dress. The tie belt is hidden around the low waist and is adjustable. You can slide it up to your waist or hang it low and tie to the side. It’s more like a shorter caftan, short sleeves with a v neck opening. Very comfy and chill.

kumquattree @carolynmckay The measurements are 26" Bust, 29" waist and 28" at the hip- The tie can be removed. I added a picture to the listing with the dress opened and flat. I hope this helps.
