Pendant is a Heart Pendant with 10 karat gold (solid band) on the outside with a sterling silver heart on the inside and the other side consisting of crystals and opals. The back is hallmark 10k 925 and an RL brand mark. The brand mark is also on the chain tab near the clasp making these matching parts.
