Fun, cute and beautifully made mini halter dress from designer Voom by Joy Han. 100% silk. Pop art geometric design of French newspaper and magazine ads (I think) in blue, yellow/gold and red. Fully lined. Back zipper, attached, sash belt that tied in back, halter top bodice that dies behind neck, lace up back that can be tightened and loosened. Size Small.
