Vintage pawn-type turquoise silver Navajo ring signed

Blue and green turquoise. Very old unique ring is signed with script initials L. N. D. (but I am uncertain about the N). Not Marked sterling. Stone is 5/8” long; setting slightly more than 1” long. Size between 5.5 and 6. Setting is a leaf and bloom (?) motif that I don’t recognize. From an Albuquerque collection of more than 40 years ago.
