Halter top made of upcycled fabric and a vintage pattern. Ties at neck and back make it adjustable, but best for small busts. One flaw on inner lining where I missed some stitches, but does not effect the wearibility of the top. Super 70s. Looks great with high waisted bell bottoms!!
