Cow Booties

Brand new. Never worn. Bought them for a specific outfit and they didn't come in time. They were delivered while I was on vacation and sat on my deck in a rain storm. I emailed the company and it was a final sale and I could not return. They do have minor discoloration, I did not try to clean them.
