1990s Vintage MIKAI Black Crop Halter with 5-Chrome Studs on Front
* 13" stretches to 17" across front chest, underarm to underarm
* 11 1/2" long plus a lot of stretch, but that will ride up
* 95% Rayon, 3% Nylon, 2% Spandex (thick weave makes it warm in cooler months)
* Made in USA
Size Small label, fits like XS (I'm 36C, can fit in it, but doesn't cover much more than chest)
