CLASSIC / Found this in my mother’s closet…..
I never saw her wear it I think it was my grandmother’s. Anyways….It has flaws but just needs some TLC and someone with sewing skills so it can be restored. Gertz was the place to go to and shop, a New York-based department store founded in 1918 by Benjamin Gertz, along with his five sons. Original Gertz and 100% cashmere labels.
Even with the flaws it’s beautiful and classy including the cream color. It has no size label but is 26” armpit to armpit measured flat on front. Fully satin lined, long sleeves, wide fold over collar, 2~pockets.
