shoulder to shoulder: 16”/17”
Pit to pit is 23” (the back is pleated so the chest is supposed to be loose)
Waist: 16” (smocked so very stretchy)
Hip: 20” (also smocked)
The whole hip to waist area is smocked (as seen in the photos of the model) so it can accommodate many different body styles.
