@itslisa1963 I usually wear an 8- I bought these for my daughter who never wore them - so I decided to wear them one day and was able to fit in to them but my feet hurt by the end of the day because I’m a size 8 - I wish I could find them in an 8 but they no longer make them - so I would say true to size
