Really love this brand. Measurements in inches Band (across on last setting) 12.5 And I would say can stretch at least another 2 inches easily.

jinksys@starrylite there are no runs or tears. But I would say there are signs of use. I can tell item has been used a fair amount of times. The RR is a site that sells used items like poshmark.
