Ruffles on cuffs of sleeves and 2 tier ruffled bottom! If skin colored bra/bralette is worn underneath then it won’t show. It will show bright colors or white bc this blouse is semi sheer. No defects. Just a little wrinkled from storage! 🤷‍♀️
