Pleated fully lined skirt with a wide elastic waist. It’s a midi skirt. It’s a really pretty Kelly green It’s a fuller cut so it lays nicely. I ordered the wrong size so I’ve never worn it. This skirt sold out online quickly, I think I got one of the last ones. This would be great for spring!
Waist unstretched is approximately 13.5”.
Length is approximately 30.5”.

Hi there, any flaws? And would you please be able to provide the waist measurement lying flat across? Trying to decide if I need a size 2 or 4.

@sjwink I can not find any flaws. This has never been worn. I took the tags off and hung in my closet but never wore. I added measurements to the listing along with coordinating photos. Hope this helps. Have a great day!
