SOLD! Sleeveless blouse / bowtie blouse, peplum crop blouse

This is a cropped tie neck blouse with a slight peplum bottom. Hits around the natural waist. I got it brand new w/tags from ThredUp but I decided it's not my style, so it's pretty much in brand new condition. Great for layering or on its own.
