Preppy cut off collard shirt 👕 blue L XL

I upcycled this striped blue collared men's shirt. It's has a cut off bottom and you could easily cut it shorter for a super high cropped style. Fits like a Large or XL. See measurements. Excellent for a preppy or school girl look.
