Reposhing this item I purchased from @kcasci. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Stamped Sterling. Lightweight petite ring most likely made for the tourist market in the 60s or 70s. Fred Harvey style. Green turquoise with yellowish flecks reminds me of Cerillos mine turquoise. Face of ring is approx. 3/4 in. long. Size 5 but is slightly out of round. Sits closer to a 4.75 on sizer. Cute and dainty as pinky or midi ring!

@saraphn1 So sorry it took me so long to reply. I would say it is a tight size 5 or a comfortable size 4.75. I added a couple photos and a video to the listing. Let me know if you have more questions.
