J crew skirt size 0, fits like a 2

J crew navy knee length skirt. Fitted with a little bit of flare and a ruffle along the front. Size 0 but would fit a 2- very stretchy waist and it’s big for a 0. Like new- worn only a few times. Open to offers and bundles
