Hi, I purchased a Prada Backpack two months ago. I took it to the Prada store and they told me the authenticity card doesn’t match the backpack. Could you please confirm it is the original authenticity card and that the bag is authentic? Please and thank you!

@mariagutierr870 yea it is authentic before they shipped it to you Poshmark authenticate the item to you first before it shipped to you. Poshmark verified authentication as well.

@thundercles yes! I l know! That’s why I was surprised when I took it to the Prada store. So apparently, the certificate doesn’t match the backpack. By any chance could you have confused the certificates? I see you have many Prada bags with the certificate. Please let me know! Thank you!
